Graduate Technical Assistant

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with all departments across the business to ensure seamless operations.
* Keep the Quality Management System (QMS) up to date, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Maintain the Customer specification system to guarantee product quality and consistency.
* Support the technical team in preparation for external audits, ensuring the site is consistently audit ready.
* Coordinate and arrange supplier visits as required, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Maintain the supplier database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in the food industry or related field.
* Minimum 1-year placement experience in a relevant role.
* Passion and commitment to the food industry.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
