Are you ready to lead and grow our business in the UK and Ireland?

My client is looking for a dynamic and visionary Managing Director who can take charge of all aspects of their operations in the UK and Ireland, from strategy and planning to execution and performance. You will be part of a global leader in the Food industry, with a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation and excellence.

Reporting to the CEO, you'll work closely with the executive committee and manage multiple functions in the UK and Ireland, while following guidelines for compliance, IT and Finance from the European HQ.

As Managing Director, you will:

* Drive the growth and profitability of the business in line with the Group strategy and budget
* Lead and inspire teams, ensuring strategic and sustainable procurement
* Full regional P&L, costs, margins, forecasts and reporting management
* Define and implement the business strategy, annual budget and 5Y plans
* Optimise logistics for the sites, in collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer and the Group Operations Manager
* Implement the operational strategy, standards and best practices, including Kaizen/TPM concepts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the food and beverage industries, across all segments of the portfolio (e.g. craft, distilling)
* Identify and seize local business opportunities and challenges to achieve our goals for performance and growth in the region
* Develop and execute a 10 year plan to ensure the long-term sustainability of our business
* Implement the Operations Group strategies on Safety, Continuous Improvement, Agriculture, Sustainability, Energy Management according to Group's standards
* Actively participate and lead the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability agenda in the region, making sure we meet our targets and ambitions
