Job Details
Market leading manufacturing and growing site are looking for an established NPD Manager to due their team of foodies.
You will need to have a proven track record of managing a team, working concept to launch and strong retail customer facing experience.
You will be responsible for the successful and timely management of projects. Creating and owning new briefs to send to suppliers for new launches, including bulk and packaging suppliers, ensuring they are compliant with the correct regulations. Driving the product and working closely with the Sales team to deliver innovation.
You will need to have experience supporting a team or an individual, along with experience managing those challenging customer relationships.
Passion for food and what you do will be paramount.
