QA Manager

Food Manufacturing

Location: Greater Manchester

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Quality Management – it is a tough gig right? Having orders barked at you from those higher up, working your socks off – only for them to get all the credit!

Well gone are the days of that with this role. With fresh new senior management on site, you will be the next step in the right direction for brand new ways of working.

You will be a very collaborative manager and always look for ways to coach and develop your reports, rather than giving them a slap on the wrist for getting something wrong!

This company is working with all the major retails and looking for someone with experience working within an FMCG environment to help the site thrive. Being adaptable and thinking hot on your feet is an essential characteristic for this position, with a drive to constantly improve and put your own mark on things.

If this role sounds of interest – then apply!

Recruitment specialists for the food manufacturing, FMCG and engineering sectors covering the UK and USA.  Contract, Interim, and Permanent specialists covering Engineering, HR, NPD/Process, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical.

We like to think we are a little different, taking a human-centric approach to recruitment. We match candidates and clients using shared values and visions alongside experience, qualifications, and ability.

We know that when candidates and clients have good synergy, great things happen. The Sterling Choice team are ‘people’ people and have come together from a variety of consumer-facing backgrounds such as customer service, sales, hospitality, and the leisure industry.
