Quality Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the adherence to the quality systems and standards. You will deputise for the Technical Manager as needed and oversee the dedicated Quality team, consisting of three members. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the HACCP and Quality Systems, ensuring all QC documentation meets customer requirements, and investigating customer complaints. Additionally, you will assist in external audits such as BRC and customer audits.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deputise for the Technical Manager and oversee the Quality team.
* Ensure compliance with company HACCP and Quality Systems.
* Maintain up-to-date and customer-centric QC documentation.
* Investigate and address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
* Assist in external audits, including BRC and customer audits.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the Quality team.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Previous exposure to BRC and HACCP standards is essential.
* Experience in working with ambient product categories is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
