About the Technical Assistant job

The purpose of your role will be to obtain and report consumer/customer quality data to drive improvements for the customer.  You will also support the Technical Manager whilst maintaining databases and driving continuous improvement.

Key tasks

• Management of KPI data (customer complaints and online reviews) to ensure fully up to date and accurate.
• Completion of the Technical KPI reports (both internal and external).
• Completion of Technical Board and FIIN reports.
• Champion product quality and drive the customer experience quality action plan.
• Manage customer complaints, support investigation and provide responses to customers.
• Log depot rejections and drive quality improvements in line with issues raised.

About You

• Background in a food manufacturing environment.
• IT competent including Excel, Word, Email and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with awareness of Technical and Technical systems.
• Self-motivated and able to develop an excellent knowledge of products.

The Technical Assistant job is based in South Yorkshire and is paying £25,000 according to your experience.

The working hours are Monday top Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.
