An excellent opportunity to work with a global organisation who seek creative and passionate Innovations Technologists who want to grow and develop a career with an established and successful organisation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work on Customer Briefs to develop recipes within the company and customer guidelines
  • Prepare samples in a hygienic and accurate manner
  • Prepare paperwork to accompany samples (Labels, Submission Sheets, Sample Advice Notes)
  • Work with Procurement and Technical Teams to assess new raw materials
  • Understand relevant factory processes and attend factory trials and product launches
  • Assist with shelf-life trials to set microbiological and organoleptic standards
  • Support with visits from customers

The Candidate:

  • You will have a degree within a food or science related sector 
  • You will be able to demonstrate your passion for the food industry either by previous full/part time roles or by what you like doing in your spare time
  • You will be creative and be inspired by new ideas or taste sensations within the food industry
  • You will be ambitious to do well and know what excellence looks like
  • Previous NPD experience through a year in industry or previous job role
