NPD Manager

Lead the entire product development lifecycle. Serve as the main liaison for key clients. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis. Efficiently manage the NPD process and resources. Continuously strive for improvement and innovation. Stay informed about industry trends and regulations.

Requirements include a minimum of 4 years' NPD experience in the food industry, strong customer engagement skills, a creative mindset and adaptability. You do not need previous man management experience.
