As a Supply Chain Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless coordination between all internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the best operational forecasts possible.

Say goodbye to mundane routines and hello to a role where you'll be creating, publishing, and owning key performance indicators (KPIs), documentation, and training materials. You'll be the go-to expert, serving as a central knowledge hub for key stakeholders.

 

Here's what you'll be doing:

Leading the continuous development of Health & Safety and Environmental culture in the planning department.

Creating and managing forward plans with a 12-month rolling horizon, considering accurate commercial forecasts, project plans, and strategic business needs.

Analysing operations data to identify opportunities for increasing profitability and enhancing performance.

Facilitating discussions to ensure optimum plans and associated actions are agreed upon.

Developing, managing, and reporting KPIs for departmental monitoring and improvement measurement.

Working cross-functionally to support each other during holidays and absences.

 

What we're looking for:

Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Planning systems, Power BI, Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for presenting to diverse stakeholders.

Strong background in Supply Chain with hands-on experience in lifecycle management.

Highly collaborative with the ability to influence others.

Project Management experience.
