About the Role

As a vital member of our Supply Chain team, you'll lead the charge in driving excellence in materials and packaging planning. Your role is crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly, meeting business targets, and exceeding customer expectations. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Empowerment and Engagement: Foster a culture of safety, engagement, and focus within the Planning team, ensuring alignment with site strategies.
  • Efficient Planning: Develop and execute cost-effective plans for materials and packaging, optimizing processes across the board.
  • Supplier Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, proactively managing non-conformances and ensuring a steady supply chain flow.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize site utilisation while maintaining optimal stock levels and superior customer service.

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to achieve excellence.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Experience: Background in food industry and proven experience in material or packaging planning.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and ideally experience with Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
  • Leadership: Previous experience managing teams in fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Supplier Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with multiple suppliers.
