A large food manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Technical Professional to join its team in South Africa.Responsible for supporting the business through your understanding of all aspects of compliance with UK, EU and SA regulations and laws. Managing Food Safety, Quality and Hygiene strategies across several sites to ensure that products are produced according to customer requirements.

A customer facing role dealing directly with all UK and EU Major retailers with a keen eye for detail. Drive systemic performance improvements across the sites with the ability to analyse problems and make recommendations/decisions whilst also delivering customer improvement projects and any specific projects.

Food Science Degree or similar. Minimum of 8-10 Years' experience in a similar role in a chilled and fresh environment dealing with UK and EU Retailers.
