Technical Support Manager

Role Overview:

As the Technical Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the technical department, reporting directly to the Senior Technical Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to drive significant improvements in product and system developments, collaborating closely with the NPD team. You will also be instrumental in ensuring that the site remains compliant and audit-ready at all times, assisting with both internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with the NPD team to drive product and system improvements.
-Assist with all internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
-Conduct periodic hygiene audits in coordination with operations and hygiene management staff.
-Utilize your expertise in chilled and high-risk products to enhance the processes and procedures.
-Leverage your experience with BRC and retailers to maintain standards of excellence.

Requirements:

-Passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn and develop.
-Previous experience in a technical role within the food industry is essential.
-Exposure to chilled and high-risk products is a must.
-Familiarity with BRC standards and working with retailers is essential.
-Proven track record in driving improvements and delivering results.

Salary: £50,000-£55,000 (Dependent on Experience)
