We are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. b3 jobs is a food manufacturing industry specialist recruiter covering the whole of the UK and also overseas, based from our office in Heathfield, East Sussex. We deliver an excellent service to both our clients and candidates by offering something a little different…our key aim is to develop long standing relationships by finding the ‘perfect’ match of candidate to job.

About the job

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are now looking to recruit an additional member for our team, where you will be responsible for running your own ‘warm’ desk whilst continually building on new and existing client relationships.

Your main duties will entail screening and interviewing candidates, prospecting for business, taking on jobs, arranging interviews and maintaining our database.

The majority of our work is via email and telephone which allows for homebase working once you are up to speed. We are also able to offer flexible working hours to suit as well as part time.

About you

• All levels of experience will be given due consideration. You may already be a Recruitment Consultant or working within a sales role and looking for a change.
• You may also have a strong customer services and administration background and be looking to develop a career where the more you put in, the more that you are financially rewarded.
• To be considered for this role you must be literate, numerate and self-motivated with good IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• You will have the ability to organise and prioritise work as well as being able to multi-task in a busy environment.
• In addition, you will be professional, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant job is based in East Sussex however offers a predominantly remote working schedule and is paying a competitive salary of c. £25,000 DOE + uncapped commission according to your experience. We can offer flexibility for a full or part time role.
