Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to sales teams and clients, offering insights into product specifications and applications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop customized solutions and proposals aligning with client requirements.
  • Assist in crafting sales presentations, technical documentation, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Address inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Engage in field sales activities to support business development initiatives.


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in food manufacturing or a related field.
  • Functional knowledge of food manufacturing processes, with familiarity in technical bakery and New Product Development (NPD).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel for field sales and customer engagements.


Competitive salary ranging from £39,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
