Join the team as a Multiskilled Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automated and semi automated process plants and packing machinery in the fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance support, addressing day-to-day issues within your shift team.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Uphold strong health and safety standards, prioritising the well-being of our team.
• Collaborate effectively within your shift team and communicate efficiently across all levels.
• Utilize computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Familiarize yourself with Shire’s Piranha maintenance management system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintaining complex equipment within the FMCG sector, ideally in food manufacturing.
• Possess a minimum of an HNC in an engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Desirable skills:

• Familiarity with Lean Principles.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing engineering
