Senior Production Manager

Protea Recruitment is thrilled to collaborate with a renowned Food Manufacturer in Scotland's Central Belt. They are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a background in Meat (preferable), Poultry, or Seafood, experience managing large teams (+100), and experience working with suppliers for major retailers, to join their team. As Senior Production Manager, you will manage all aspects of Production, including Days, Backs and Weekend Teams.

Salary: £50k to £60k (NEG/ DOE) + Relocation Assistance may be offered

Essential Experience for this role:

• Experience managing large teams, driving productivity, managing KPIs, CCP's
• Experience with meat is preferred, Protein is essential

• Experience in maximising yields, understanding meat cuts
• UK Rights to work is required for this role
