Position: Area Controller (Shift Lead / Manager)

Location: Holbeach
Salary: Circa 35-38k  
Shift Pattern: 2, 2, 3 Days Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and execute daily production plans to meet customer orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve optimum performance, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Monitor performance metrics and quality standards, taking corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments and audits as required.

Skills & Experience:

Must-Have:

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in IOSHH management safety standards.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
• Attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality and technical standards.
• Experience managing KPIs and implementing process improvements.
• Comprehensive understanding of GMP and health & safety protocols.
