This role encompasses a variety of roles, where you can use your experience in Engineering, Continuous Improvement and Production Management. This is a very hands-on role where you will be involved in all aspects of the production facility. You will have the ability to work within a small team, be a very analytical and logical thinker, and have the ability to work with a production team (and step in when needed), fault-find, train new starts, and find improvements across the facility.
