Production Operative

Salary: Up to £28k basic salary, with 1.5x pay on public holiday or overtime.

Shift pattern: 12hr day shifts (4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern)

Location: East side of Cambridge


Your Role

As a Production Associate you will play a key role in the hands-on operations and production. You will be joining a small team of highly passionate and enthusiastic operators, who will support in your training and development as a specialist within the team. Collectively you will be ensuring the production site continuously runs to a high standard, as well as supporting expansion projects as the company continue to expand.


Role specifics:

- Being hands-on within our production site.

- Counting, sorting and packing for distribution.

- Working alongside other teams to ensure the site runs to its maximum potential with high levels of hygiene.

- Documenting processes and identifying areas for improvement.

- Monitoring systems to ensure optimal production.

- Being involved in a fast growing sustainability business looking to help solve climate change and eliminate food waste!
