The Job

  • You’ll be the HR Manager in a dynamic and evolving food manufacturing company.
  • Working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with standard business hours.
  • Providing strategic HR leadership and guidance to senior management, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and aligning HR practices with the company's long-term goals.
  • Leading complex HR projects, including organizational development, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance the company culture, drive employee engagement, and support business growth.


About You

  • You’ve got extensive experience working in small to medium-sized manufacturing environments, preferably in the food industry.
  • You have a proven track record of providing high-level HR support and strategic direction in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • You excel at taking on challenges that require strategic thinking, effective problem-solving, and innovative solutions.
  • You’re able to commute to the site, which is in Park Royal.


Salary and Package
