The Company

Innovative and rapidly growing, our client has a strong market presence within their category, and they now require an Interim NPD Manager to help drive the delivery of the highest quality food to go products for their customers.

This is a contract role up to 12 months. 

The Role

Reporting to the Senior NPD Manager, you will work with a key customer, managing NPD from concept stage through to launch.

In this customer facing role you will be responsible for managing the NPD pipeline for all NPD and EPD projects as well as taking a hands-on approach to creating new concepts. You will work closely with NPD technologists to ensure successful factory trials and launches.

You’ll be the key contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring every aspect of the product offering matches the company’s passion and authenticity down to the last crumb. You will ensure creative concepts are commercially viable, as well as tasty and on trend.


The Person

We are looking for an NPD Manager with creative flair and a proven track record of working in a hands-on NPD role with full concept to launch experience. It is essential you have experience of working with travel / airline customers and have worked with innovative and complex chilled products (ideally the food to go category).

You will be commercially savvy, super foodie, love working closely with customers to drive and deliver NPD. Brimming with ideas and inspiration you’ll have experience of bringing products to market that can drive a business forward.
