Technical Coordinator

Our client is a leading name in the food and drink industry, renowned for their commitment to excellence and innovation. Their products are crafted with passion and precision, bringing joy to consumers. Now, they are looking for a Technical Coordinator who shares the same dedication to quality and safety.

Your Role:
As a Technical Coordinator, you will be the linchpin of the technical department, driving the implementation and management of the Quality Management System (QMS). Your expertise will ensure that the site is always audit-ready, in line with BRC standards, and that the products meet the highest quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee the development, maintenance, and improvement of the QMS, ensuring compliance with BRC standards.
-Ensure the site is perpetually audit-ready. Be the go-to person for both internal and external audits, providing unwavering support.
-Bring your complete understanding of technical matters within the industry to the forefront, ensuring the products consistently exceed quality expectations.
-Work closely with all departments to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in a similar role within the food and drink industry is essential.
While all experience is valued, previous work with ambient product categories is preferred.
-Deep understanding of BRC and HACCP standards is a must.
-Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality.
-Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement changes effectively.

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (Dependent on Experience)
