Job purpose
As part of this role you will lead the engineering team, effectively managing the busy workload of the team and coordinating with external contractors

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they 
• are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 
• · Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans. 
• Plant and Machinery Installation 
• · Oversee the installation of plant and machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and 
• quality standards 
• · Coordinate with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve installation 
• issues 
• · Develop and implement preventative maintenance

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in plant and machinery installation 
• · Demonstrated success in contractor management and team leadership 
• · Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards 
• · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• · Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, 
• contractors, and other stakeholders 
• · A good communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• · Has a collaborative approach and is able to nurture a positive team environment.
