As a Senior Development Technologist, you will lead the development of new and innovative products from concept through to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Production and Quality Assurance. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development will be a key part of your role. Ensuring all products meet company standards and customer expectations will be crucial, as well as continuously improving existing products based on customer feedback and market trends.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in product development, preferably within a fast-moving food manufacturing environment. You should have strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential, along with a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail. A proven track record of successfully launching new products in the market will set you apart as a candidate.
