About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your role is crucial to maximising team productivity and equipment efficiency through targeted KPIs.

Leading by example, you'll motivate and develop your team, ensuring high productivity levels, coordinating safety checks, and adhering to quality and hygiene standards.

What you'll need:

* Previous experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
* IT proficiency
* The ability to work with your own initiative.
* Being able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
* Previous experience working within a food manufacturing environment.
* A positive mindset
* A Food Hygiene certificate is desirable but not essential.
* Understanding of Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP)
