Food Health and Safety Manager

Reed Food and FMCG have been briefed to recruit for a Food Health and Safety Manager, to join a prestigious business in central London. Our client is looking for someone who has strong Auditing and Operational skills as you will be the main point of contact for all things Food Health & Safety within the workplace. You will need to be well trained in Food Health & Safety and ideally have come from a kitchen background, although this is not essential.


Job Title: Food Health & Safety Manager
Location: London
Pay: £45,000 - £50,000 Per Annum

Key Responsibilities:

You will ensure that all food and drink created and served meets the highest safety standards

You will partner, coach, and advise F&B management teams in areas such as fire, hygiene, and health and safety standards

You will complete regular audits to identify areas for improvement and to maintain our 5-star food safety rating

You will develop, maintain and improve all relevant policies and training materials, and deliver any relevant communication and training to our teams

In the event of any guest, member, or customer incident regarding food safety, pests, or accidents, you will act as the main point of contact to resolve the issue

Person Specification:

Experience in Food Auditing, both internally and externally.

Health and Safety qualification (NEBOSH or similar)

Background in Kitchen or Catering.

Strong Management and Operational skills.
