This company has led the convenience food retail market for years, with a long-standing presence in both the UK and throughout Europe.

About the Assistant Brand Manager job

You will support the company’s own brand team in developing a compelling customer and retailer proposition for their own brand products. In addition, you will also:

• Help ensure all products are customer focused and commercially viable. 
• Use customer and market data to help highlight and drive new products and/or sales opportunities.
• Work across departments, to help the design of product packaging reflect the key company brand attributes.
• Help champion the company’s own brand within the business, delivering clear and engaging communication.

About You

You should be experienced in working to a defined process with project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.  Brand management experience as well as data analysis, including sales analysis, would be ideal.  In addition:

• Graduate level or equivalent.​
• 2 years’ experience of working with product, brand or category management.
• Able to demonstrate a sound level of knowledge of food and of the retail environment.

The Assistant Brand Manager (hybrid) job is based in London and is paying up to £30,000 plus bonus according to your experience.

There is a hybrid element to this job and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
