Buyer Executive

About the role:

Responsible for the successful implementation of a new supplier Management system engaging all internal key users and being the ambassador for the process externally. You will have ongoing responsibility for all compliance aspects of the Supplier approval onboarding process ensuring we have robust engagement, monitoring and risk assessment of our supply chain meets to meet our business criteria and ongoing Bcorp status.  Buying Executive who is passionate about supply chain and BCorp process

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that our suppliers and intended new suppliers meet all business criteria to be an approved supplier, 
• Identify a suitable supplier management system that meets the varied needs of the business and work to develop, implement and train this out to appropriate key users across all business units, 
• Manage the successful completion of new supplier onboarding, ensuring engagement of all new suppliers in the required process, 
• Manage the ongoing updating of existing approved suppliers information to agreed frequencies, 
• Be a voice for supplier engagement throughout the business and particularly within the BCorp process, 
• Be an active supporter of the BCorp accreditation process – identifying and developing plans to achieve maximum impact in the supply chain pillar
