Our client is seeking an ambitious Supply Chain Manager to join their senior leadership team to drive forward their ambitious growth plans and optimise supply chain operations for maximum efficiency and productivity.

This is a new role to the organisation and will require a motivated and ambitious supply chain professional to step into the department and take ownership of growing a department.

The business has seen phenomenal growth over recent years, and this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on their supply chain operations and contribute to their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Optimise Supply Chain Operations - streamline processes to ensure efficiency, productive and cost effectiveness.
* Strategic Planning - develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
* Vendor Management - foster strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
* Continuous Improvement - identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Leadership and Development - mentor and guide the supply chain team.

Requirements:
Due to nature of the role, we are looking to speak with individuals that hold a deep understanding of the supply chain process within the food industry.
Management experience is not essential but the ability to work independently whilst using knowledge and initiative to adapt to the environmental pressures of the food industry is key.
