Senior Development Technologist

Are you a culinary innovator with a flair for creating delightful new products? We're on the lookout for a Senior Development Technologist to join a fast-paced food manufacturing team in Leicestershire.

You will dive into a role where you'll lead the creation of exciting new products from the initial spark of an idea all the way to their launch. You'll work side-by-side with Marketing, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to whip up fantastic new offerings. A key ingredient of your role will be conducting market research to uncover the latest trends and opportunities, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed company standards and customer expectations.

To bring your A-game to this role, you'll need at least 2 years of experience in product development within the food industry. Your project management skills should be top-notch, as you'll juggle multiple tasty projects at once. Strong communication and teamwork are a must, along with a creative mindset and a sharp eye for detail. If you've successfully launched new products in the past, we want to hear about it!
