  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant food safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Food Manufacturing: Proven experience in a technical role within the food manufacturing industry is essential.
  • Technical Experience: Strong background in managing technical teams and projects.
  • NPD Background: Experience in new product development within the food industry is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities for career development and advancement within a growing company.
  • Collaborative Environment: A supportive and dynamic workplace where innovation and teamwork are valued.
  • Location: Based in the beautiful region of Cornwall, offering a great work-life balance.
