Job Title: QA Technician

Salary: Up to £30,000

Our client is a food manufacturer based in West Yorkshire, known for their well-known brands and great culture. We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced QA Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to showcase and expand on their knowledge of the role and the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
* Implement and maintain HACCP systems to manage food safety risks.
* Collaborate with production and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor and document all aspects of the production process to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
* Assist in the development and training of staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with GMP and other relevant standards.
* Prepare and maintain detailed reports and records of quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry.
* HACCP Level 3 certification.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and across departments.
* Eligibility to work in the UK permanently.
