Baader UK is a wholly owned subsidiary of the multi brand Baader Group, a world renowned and market leading manufacturer and supplier of advanced high-quality food processing machinery and solutions for the fish, poultry, meat, fruit and vegetable processing industry. The UK business has its Headquarters in Rugby, together with a 7500 square foot warehouse for parts and spares. In recent years the business has enjoyed double digit growth across all segments. A new role has been created to join the UK team with responsibility for driving the future growth of the Fish Division in the UK.
UK Divisional Manager Fish
Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director you will:-
Formulate and execute a strategy for the Fish Division for the UK market aligned with Group strategy
Deliver strong sales results aligned with expectations
Maintain and build the sales pipeline for project sales and for service contracts
Identify opportunities for product and service enhancements to meet customer needs
Manage and develop key accounts
Lead and develop a small team of sales engineers
Deputise for the Managing Director when needed

A proven track record for delivering results aligned with expectations
Relevant capital equipment and project sales experience
Knowledge of the food processing industry would be an advantage
Ideally have a relevant engineering related or technical qualification
Be prepared to spend 2 -3 nights each week away from home
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to join a market leading international business and a rare opportunity to develop general management capabilities. As soon as practicable the Divisional Manager Fish will deputise for the UK Managing Director as and when the need arises.
