Technical Systems Co-Ordinator

If you are meticulous and passionate about systems and compliance, this is great role for a Technical Systems Co-Ordinator - with a business well known for their friendly, positive culture and reputation for high standards in their products and services.

In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining systems, ensuring data accuracy, customer engagement and working closely with stakeholders in the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting and maintaining the QMS to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with third party accreditations and certifications
* Translate technical data into clear, concise reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, ensuring the integrity of the information.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
* Involved with preparation and assisting with internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
* Managing system maintenance and organsing files and physical records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
* Maintaining customer systems, verifying reports, and checking specifications and customer engagement
* Support the technical team with training and supporting to colleagues on compliance requirements and best practices.
* Working with third parties and suppliers, ensuring technical and safety standards through are met audits, assessments and ongoing monitoring.

What do you need....
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and knowledge of auditing bodies
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of HACCP/TACCP/VACCP ideally but not essential
