The role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Professional to join an established business based in NW London. They are a rapidly growing business and are looking to recruit a Quality Manager.
The Major Responsibilities of the role are:
- Maintaining & Managing QMS over the site.
- Participating in Audits (internal & external)
- Managing non-conformances and ensuring preventative / corrective action.
- Ensuring food quality/safety checks and paperwork are completed.
- Working closely with other staff members to ensure readiness for audits.
- To deputise for the Technical Manager in their absence from site.
- The Successful Candidate will be able to demonstrate.
People management experience and skill
- Ideally be educated to degree level in Food Science.
- HACCP and Food Safety qualifications are highly preferred.
- PC literate.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to plan and organize work efficiently and effectively.
- Proven track record working in a Quality Assurance role.
