This is an opportunity for a Factory Manager / Head of Manufacturing to take on the reins of a giant food manufacturing business going through a significant period of growth.

It’s a business that has humble beginnings and has experienced serious growth over the last five years with plans in place to further expand in the next five, in which you will play a huge part.  

You’ll be joining a site that has it’s own charm and respect for its craft with a number of highly skilled members of the team, who are looking for someone, equally as skilled to lead them into the next phase of growth.

As Factory Manager, you’ll be solely responsible for all production/manufacturing activities on site, while closely working with the wider support teams – planning, transport, NPD and process.

Due to the nature of the business and product, we are looking for someone who is equally as skilled with a background as a Baker before transitioning into a traditional Senior Operations / Factory Management role in a large-scale food manufacturer. You’ll need to have a passion for the craft and the desire to be part of a business that is looking to grow.
