Role: Product Developer
Location: Essex
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Type: Full-time

We're on the hunt for a Product Developer to join a food manufacturer in Essex with an exciting range of products to showcase and expand on your skills with. They're all about innovation and creating amazing products that people love, and they're looking for a Product Developer to be part of this journey with them.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing briefs: You'll take charge of project briefs, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Sourcing Raw Materials: Find the best ingredients and make sure they're up to standard.
* Benchmarking: Keep an eye on the competition and make sure products are top-notch.
* Leading Taste Panels: Organise and lead taste panels to perfect recipes.
* Project Support: You will be aiding in innovation and CI projects when required.
What We're Looking For:
* Passion & Drive: If you love food and have a real passion for creating new products, we want to hear from you.
* Basic Knowledge: Some experience or basic knowledge in product development in the food industry is a plus.
* Team Player: You've got to be able to work well with others and bring positive energy to the team.
* Organised & Proactive: You can juggle multiple projects and are always looking for ways to improve.
