Job Title: SHEQ Manager

Location: Cheshire

Salary: £55,000-£65,000

A client of ours is going through an exciting growth and development phase as they continue to expand the business on both a national and international level. Due to the growth they are currently experiencing, they are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join the team and ensure the highest standards of safety, health, environment and quality are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure compliance with all food safety systems, including BRC and ISO standards.
-Lead all external audits, such as BRC and customer audits.
-Play a crucial role in the HACCP team, overseeing the site system.
-Maintain all site accreditations.
-Collaborate with the team across the site to ensure audit compliance.

Requirements:

-A minimum of 5 years of experience in a SHEQ role within the food industry.
-A degree or equivalent qualification.
-Proven track record of effective management.
-Strong understanding of food safety systems and standards.
-Ability to lead and manage external audits successfully.

Salary: £55,000-£65,000
