Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Northamptonshire

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10-hour days

Salary: Up to c. £45,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our client's dynamic team in the food manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement quality control systems to maintain product consistency and safety.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance and zone managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and support new product development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality management within the food manufacturing sector is essential.
• Strong background in quality assurance, with previous experience as a zone manager or area manager being highly desirable.
• Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
