Technical Services Manager

Job Role: Technical Services Manager
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the technical services team, ensuring all systems and processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
-Report directly to the Head of Technical, deputising as required.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site to align with company goals.
-Serve as a key member of the HACCP team, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
-Collaborate with suppliers and manage customer specifications to ensure product quality and compliance.
-Maintain strong knowledge of BRC standards and customer requirements, ensuring the site meets and exceeds these benchmarks.
-Lead, manage, and develop your team to achieve high performance and professional growth.

Key Requirements:

-Previous experience within a food manufacturing background is essential.
-Strong knowledge of BRC and customer requirements.
-Proven experience in managing and leading a team effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
