Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to support our business growth in the food service sector. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for implementing strategic and operational sales plans, maintaining relationships with key customers, and driving market share. This role involves nationwide travel and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Role:

• Proven sales experience in the food/FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide.
• Provide regular training and direction to staff
• Coach and develop the team to reach their potential

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent knowledge of the Food/FMCG sector, especially Premium Food Service
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Commercially aware with strong business acumen
• Proficient in computer skills; experience with Microsoft NAV is a plus.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of success.
• Desire to manage and drive a diverse team
