About the role
Food Centre Wales is looking for enthusiastic, adaptable and motivated individuals to join and strengthen our team delivering an exemplary service to facilitate growth across the food and drink sector.
We have created several new vacancies across our food technology and business development disciplines to further develop our range of support across the agri food supply chain.
We are seeking individuals to become part of a team providing practical, constructive and valuable knowledge transfer activities applied across all aspects of food and drink operational and technical disciplines.

We expect applicants for the Technical Manager role to be qualified in a food related discipline having gained experience in Food Manufacturing with a working knowledge of robust FSMS, HACCP, 3rd party accreditation standards, retailer codes of practice and developing good customer relationships.
You will be responsible for providing senior leadership and management of the FCW technical consultancy delivery service to the F&D sector, including overall operation of R&D facility. Working alongside colleagues and stakeholders to identify and develop funded and commercial work programs and knowledge transfer activity.
