Quality Supervisor

If you are passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in the food industry through testing, thorough audits, and careful selection of raw materials in addition proud to lead a dedicated team of QC technicians in maintaining our high standards of safety and excellence - this just might be the role for you!

Your key duties will be involved:
- Managing the testing and release of raw materials and finished products in line with the business
- Management of a small team of quality technicians
- Management of reject stock and communicating the rejection with your stakeholders
- Investigations though the non-conformance procedure
- KPI targets and review
- Factory floor auditing tasks and duties

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with good communication skills, and an enthusiastic personality. Preferred experience within UK Food Manufacturing and Food Technology or Science related degree.
Supervisory or Team Leader experience will be required and HACCP/QMS will be desirable.
