We’re working with a well-established food manufacturer based in Wrexham that’s known for its top-quality products and strong relationships with retailers. They’re part of an impressive group with a strong reputation for excellence. The site may be small, with around 70 people, but the team is tight-knit, and the environment is welcoming.

The Job

As the Technical Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for all technical matters at this small but dynamic site, where the product is chilled, and the people are great.

• Working Monday to Friday, with no weekends, you’ll enjoy a balanced work-life schedule.
• Oversee all technical and quality assurance processes, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

About You

You’ve got experience in the food manufacturing industry, ideally within a chilled product environment. You thrive in a setting where you can take ownership of technical processes and have a direct impact on product quality. If you enjoy working closely with a friendly team in a fast-paced, hands-on role, this could be the perfect fit for you.
