About the Production Manager job
You will be to coaching and developing the team whilst being involved in wider business planning.
Key tasks
- Shift and rota planning.
- Work closely with all department heads with a structured monthly operations cycle.
- Create accurate reports of key production metrics.
About You
- Strong proven track record in a similar role within an automated or semi-automated food manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills and an excellent team player - willing to be hands on.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
