Technical Supervisor

Location: Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday

Are you an experienced Technical Supervisor with a strong background in the food industry? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer based in Leicestershire, seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Managing internal audits and ensure robust procedures are in place to meet all relevant standards.
* Monitor non-conformances and maintain product quality.
* Ensure all technical processes align with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
* HACCP team member.
* Provide guidance and support to the technical team, ensuring best practices are followed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
* Strong understanding of QMS, internal auditing, and BRC processes.
* Must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions or Visa expiration.
* Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
