About the QA Manager job
The purpose of your role will be to manage and coordinate the on-going technical and quality integrity of all processes and products produced, ensuring compliance to the company's Quality Management System, for both own manufactured products and those sourced from third parties.
Key tasks
- Ensure compliance to the on-site QMS to maintain BRC / GFSI accreditation.
- Lead, motivate and develop the quality team.
- Provide technical input and communicate the investigation and resolution of product non-conformities.
- Manage and monitor customer complaints and investigations to comply with quality performance targets.
- Manage site environmental policies.
About You
You will of course need previous food manufacturing quality assurance experience and in addition:
- Proven experience in the maintenance and development of BRC.
- Experience of BRC site accreditation audits and customer visits / audits.

The Quality Assurance Manager job is based in Wiltshire and is paying up £42,000 according to your experience.
The package includes a good pension, life cover, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and guaranteed Christmas and New Year off.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, office hours.
