As the Night Shift Production Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of the organisation's operations, working within a fast-paced environment where you will be required to inspire and motivate your team to meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards
* Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and minimise waste
* Ensure products are being delivered safely whilst maintaining high-quality
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the team

Requirements?
* For this role, manufacturing experience is going to be a MUST.
