• Food Manufacturing Expertise: A background in food manufacturing is essential.
• Commitment to Learning: Willingness to learn new processes and improve skills.
• Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Decisive: Confident decision-making abilities.

Bonus Points:

• Project Management: Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Budget Management: Skilled in managing budgets up to £200k per annum.
