An international business providing natural ingredients to all sectors of food, beverage and nutrition.
The Role
This pivotal role, within the UK office of a large international company, serves as the central point of contact for customers.
Providing excellent customer service understanding customer needs and maintaining ongoing communication, inside sales support build trust and loyalty, leading to repeat business and long-term relationships.
Supporting the account managers, setting up customer accounts, placing orders, providing all order documentation, chasing payments and checking delivery schedules.
The ability to work with accuracy is paramount for this role, as is data maintenance and the monitoring of productivity.
Organising and supporting customer visits, collaborating with other stakeholders
Proactively managing overdue payments to support cash flow, managing dispute cases
Following up on customer complaints and ensuring all customer communication is maintained within timescales

IT literate with experience using SAP
